To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, Urban Circuit Tech will cover the return shipping.
